Cairo von Caaschwitz is a stunning 1-2 year old long-haired German Shepherd with a beautiful, silky coat. Super handsome and a total charmer, everyone at the rescue just says, “Oh Cairo!”  He impresses from the first step you take on your  walk, strolling the pavement calmly and with confidence but rarely jetting out too far.  At home, Cairo can’t get enough affection from his people.  He seems a calmer  mid-energy dog.  After adventures out, nothing makes him happier than lounging around with you.  Around other dogs, Cairo has improved greatly since he first arrived at the rescue.  He’s learned that friendly dogs are nothing to fear, but are actually lots of fun (but no cats please). Cairo is also a smart boy.  He knows his "sit" and will give a friendly person his paw.  He is very eager to please and to learn more.  If you are willing to reap all the rewards of helping guide a young Shepherd into a happy and obedient adulthood, Cairo just might be the right dog for you.
